Comfortable apartments in a great location

Pros: Amazing location, the apartments were very comfortable (we were two families, so got two apartments right next to each other). The rooms were clean, beds comfy. The host was very helpful during a small hiccup at the check-in.

Cons: It would have been great if there were some items that make a short-term stay more comfortable, such as salt, oil, basic spices.

A good central location for a short stay

Pros: The location was excellent- very central. The bed was very comfortable and the linen and towels fresh and clean. There were a couple of coffee pods and washing up liquid/a washing machine pod/dishwasher tablet - which were helpful. Communication prior to our entry was good and we were advised as soon as the property was available to us - which was before we had expected entry. Although the space was compact it was well equipped

Cons: The property opened directly onto the street so there was some road noise and opening windows was a challenge because it was a busy road. There was no bath mat or bathroom fan and the shower created a wet floor. We used the mop but this wasn’t ideal. Without ventilation we couldn’t get our washing dry so only used the washing machine once - which was a shame. When we entered the property we attempted to access the security lock box following the instructions we had been given, but they didn’t work. In my only communication with the agents, I shared this issue, but they were unresponsive- indicating an ‘expert’ was required, but never following this up with us, which was disappointing.

Perfect property, but ask for a room upstairs

Pros: Location and facilities are great and very recommendable. There is no physical contact with the owners. Check-in is fully automatic via a machine. All contact goes over whatsapp and feels quite AI. If you book a studio, you should know you are on the ground floor, with direct access to the street.

Cons: The studio is on the ground floor and has direct access to the street. With 1 door and two windows, of which only one opens. As that window does not clap, it is hard to leave the window open during night or when away. Ventilation works very well though - a good job when you see you are really in between old stone walls.

Me llevo gran recuerdo de Viveiro.

Pros: Muy agradable ,cómodo , muy completo y limpió. Ubicación : fácil acceso . Se agradece que cerca allá parking público gratuito. La información y el chequin muy bien y fácil. Lo recomiendo.

Estupenda

Pros: Un apartamento estupendo en el centro histórico. Muy completo, cómodo y céntrico.

Cons: Es una segunda planta sin ascensor.A nosotros no nos importó pero puede ser un problema para personas con movilidad reducida.

Super Wohnung in top Lage

Pros: Die Ausstattung ist top und die Lage total perfekt.

Cons: Nichts.

Puente de la Constitución en viveiro

Pros: Lo mejor es su ubicación, sin duda. Además era un bajo así que no había que subir escaleras con maletas. Contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable

Cons: La calefaccion es insuficiente. Aún pasando dos días con temperaturas bastante agradables, al salir de la ducha tenías frío. Si duda eso es lo peor. Los barrotes de madera entra la cama y la tv dificultad verla. No está bien pensado.

Bien con un pero…

Pros: Ya he estado varias veces en los apartamentos y realmente bien

Cons: En esta ocasión el baño despedía muchísimo olor a alcantarilla afectando al resto de apartamento, la verdad que deslució esta última estancia siendo cliente asiduo y conociendo los apartamentos.

apartamento espectacular, repetiremos

Pros: Es un apartamento en el centro de viveiro, en un edificio restaurado de una forma espectacular. Conserva toda la esencia de la casa pero con todas las comodidades actuales. Dormitorios amplios con mucho almacenaje, camas cómodas y una cocina totalmente equipada.

Cons: Es la primera vez que hacíamos un check-in mediante un \

ALOJAMIENTO RECOMENDABLE

Pros: Es apartamento esta muy bien situado, llegas a todo andando. Esta muy limpio y la cama muy cómoda. La comunicación con la dueña perfecta.

Cons: Por poner alguna pega, la puerta del baño le cuesta abrir y cerrar y algún colgador mas en el baño se agradecería.
