Apartamento muy recomendable

Pros: La tranquilidad del entorno, la luminosidad del apartamento (cuenta con grandes ventanales) y la comodidad de la distribución de estancias. Cuenta con dos baños con ducha. El hecho de tener incluida la plaza de garaje (muy amplia) facilita mucho el día a día.

Cons: Por poner un único “pero”, la terraza es pequeña y da a la parte del monte, pero no es una desventaja.

Tranquilidad y limpieza excelente.

Pros: Muy buena ubicación. Está situado en una urbanización tranquila y sin ruidos. Sin problemas de aparcamiento porque dispone de plaza de garaje y está incluida en el precio. El apartamento es practicamente nuevo, limpieza excelente y hay que resaltar la calidad de los colchones. Tiene dos cuartos de baño.

Cons: Balcón muy pequeño.
