Very pleasant

Pros: the place is cousy and very central in the historical area of Ourense

Cons: the first time to get in the main building door is not that intuitive

Pros: Absolutely incredible view and centre location. Comfortable and spacious studio. Love it!

Great location but disappointing experience

Pros: Great location, overlooking famous monuments. The apartment is well planned and managed, small but comfortable and ergonomically set.

Cons: Bed sheets of the sofa bed were missing while the reservation was confirmed and paid for 3 people. We waited for the bed sheets till 00:15 while we had to catch a 7 am train the next morning. Clearly it wasn't the best experience. There is no reception or a person to contact directly as all the communication happens through the emergency WhatsApp. Also apartment access process is inconvenient since there is no one to assist. It all happens electronically, the link activates strictly at 3 pm and there is nowhere to store the bags. If one doesn't have internet on the spot, forget about accessing the room.

Pros: A comfortable studio. Quiet surroundings most of the time, good shutters to keep out the noise when people were partying. Everything clean and inviting, from the front door, foyer, lift and into the studio.

Value for money

Pros: Perfect location, very clean and great staff. In the centre of the old town.

Pros: Good location near the cathedral and bars/ restaurants. Lovely interior with good security. Good Wi-Fi and efficient air conditioning. Good communication from property manager.

Cons: It looks very scary from the outside with metal doors covered in graffiti. There should be separate pillows instead of one long pillow for the whole bed. Quite noisy at night.

It was a fantastic for a surprisingly affordable price. No price gouging fir a change!

Pros: It was great. Comfortable, clean and well located.

Cons: It was fully functional in that there was all the things we needed (we do travel simply) feel comfortable and to do the things we needed to do like washing, drying clothes, eating, showering and sleeping! The entire appartment was well appointed and equipped.

COMODIDAD EXCELENTE PERO RUÍDO INCÓMODO

Pros: La amplitud del alojamiento es maravillosa, muy cómodo y con todo tipo de utensilios de cocina si lo necesitas, muchas toallas, almohadas extra, secador...

Cons: No me gustó nada el ruido de la calle, de noche hubo muchos momento que nos cortaron el sueño de gritos y barullo.
