Good value

Pros: 2 minutes walk to the action, bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, beautiful view from the balcony, very comfortable beds and pillows. There is an AC downstairs and one upstairs in the upper bedroom, although we did not use them because the weather was cool. Small refrigerator in the kitchen good enough for a few things. This was a good place to stay and good value as well. Manuel is a great host, check in and out a breeze with the given instructions.

Cons: We liked everything, just mind the spiral staircase to the upper bedroom, once you get used to it it’s not as bad as it looks.

Pros: Good and quiet location near the Cathedral in Ourense. The veranda is pleasant and has a good view over the town and Cathedral.

Pros: La ubicación bien, el apartamento en general muy bien.

Cons: No sé si fué culpa mía. Hay una escalera de caracol para acceder a la segunda habitación y su cuarto de baño y no lo sabia, pero bien en general.

Pros: Ubicación excelente, apartamento muy cuqui, y agradable para la estancia, anfitrión qmuy amable. Una opción excelente para alojarse en Ourense. Unas vistas preciosas, y se puede llegar andando a todas partes, super comodo

Cons: Quizá sea bueno recordar que hay escaleras en el apartamento para llegar la habitación de arriba , por si alguien va con niños muy pequeños La habitación de arriba es preciosa y dispone de baño, está todo muy bien. Una estancia fantastica

Perfecto para conocer Ourense sin mover el coche

Pros: Super cerca del centro, supermercado al lado, parking en el edificio y aparcamiento en la calle relativamente sencillo entre semana, hay de todo en la cocina, limpio, camas muy cómodas, aire acondicionado que funciona perfectamente, buenas vistas de la ciudad...

Cons: Hay que tener en cuenta el tema del acceso con carritos o para personas con movilidad reducida, ya que hasta el ascensor hay algunos escalones, y desde que sales del ascensor hasta entrar en la vivienda hay otros 6-7 escalones.

Pros: Locatie is top. Om de hoek bij centrum met barretjes, winkels, kathedraal. Openbaar zwembad was heerlijk en niet druk. Warm waterbronnen zijn erg leuk om te bezoeken. Appartement is gezellig, balkon, vaatwasser, wasmachine. Voldoende handdoeken , contact met eigenaar verliep vlot en vriendelijk . Parkeergarage onder het gebouw voor 10€ via eigenaar.
