Lux Apartamentos Rosalia

Pros: Very friendly and responsive host. Clear communication and very easy check in and out. The bedrooms were very comfortable and welcoming. Spacious and great location.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, not too far walk to the city centre.

Cons: The couch had a lot of food crumbs - could use a vacuum

Lovely apartment

Pros: Lovely spacious apartment.15ins walk from central Santiago & from end of Camino. Near to nice restaurants and shops. The communication was excellent and very helpful.

Cons: Don't be fooled by derelict buildings next door and view from balcony.

Modern and comfortable

Pros: Very comfortable apartments! Good location as well. We loved our stay.

Cons: The check in needs to be done at a different location, which is not great.

Great location, warm and cosy!

Pros: Easy to find, easy access and quiet flat within with the block. Two ensuite bedrooms is great and layout was brilliant.

Cons: The lack of bins was quite strange, no bathroom bins only kitchen and no information on where to take the bins should they be full etc. not very clear about room cleaning and didn’t realise this could have happened whilst we stayed.

Great apartment and location and helpful staff.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, just what was needed for two nights after finishing the Camino Way. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms beautiful. The host, Leidy, went out of her way to help us get a taxi to the airport the morning of our departure, which turned up on time.

Cons: The fact that our luggage could not be delivered to the apartment and we had to go to Lux Hotel 3 blocks away to collect it, then take it three blocks through the city to the apartment.

Santiago centrally located apartment

Pros: Good we could leave our bags at the hotel prior to the apartment being ready .Staff friendly. Good,quiet central location for bus ,main attractions.

Cons: Apartment wax a little tired with holes in walls and flooring and some areas in need of painting. No natural light in main living room but okay as not in apartment much .

Pros: Good location, very comfortable and clean apartment.

Pros: Good modern flat, nice balcony on the back in both bedrooms. Nice layout. Location is about a 20m walk to the historic center.

Cons: You have to go the the hotel to check in. Completely unnecessary because the access to the flat is via a code. Cleaning could be better. Hair in beds and so on.

The location is great, a lot of stores, bars and restaurants around. Great for a group of pilgrims

Pros: The location is great, a lot of stores, supermarkets, bars and restaurants around. There is a washing machine which was great for us pilgrims.

Cons: The common areas are quite dark, there are not much light coming from the windows. The staff of Lux Apartamentos was a bit slow in answering in order to do the online check in, hindering the door code.
