Great little hotel, excellent location, lovely friendly lady manager

Pros: For us, and we were on a cycle tour of northern Spain it was perfect. The room was good and clean, the hotel had a beautiful garden where you could sit and enjoy the views with a beer. Five minutes walk to a great beach for a swim, a couple of local bars, a lovely friendly lady host/ manager who always had a smile and such good value……. It really doesn’t get much better!

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The biggest bonus was being less than 5 mins from the train and bus station and an easy walk into the old town. The owner was very kind in letting us into the apartment at lunchtime....we were very grateful.

Cons: Nothing at all... but a 'real' toaster would have been good. The sandwich maker took a long time to toast bread. No jug either but we just boiled water on the stove.

Pros: Fantastic communication from the hosts. Pablo was so helpful. The room was large, very clean and everything needed was provided. It is a pleasant 10-15 stroll into the old town. Very safe off street parking included. Over all Would 100% recommend

Cons: The property is on a road, used by cars and pedestrians alike, and can be a bit noisy during the night, if the windows are open.

Pros: Great facilities, very smooth booking and check-in process. The hosts were super helpful and lovely. Convenient location.

Cons: The flat faces a busy road so it can get noisy — a very minor and easily overlooked inconvenience, everything else was great. Very thankful for the lovely stay.

Pros: Great communication from the host, easy and flexible arrival/departure process. Comfortable facilities. Well located, just by the train station and a short walk into the historic centre of Santiago.

Pros: Lovely accommodation with all you need for a visit to the city. Close to train and bus stations. Walking distance to the old town and lots of restaurants nearby.

Pros: The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with over the app, and the flat was very comfortable and well located for exploring Santiago.

With air conditioning, it would be almost perfect.

Pros: If you need to take the bus or train, your are next door. It is a bit far from the cathedral and the city center action, but it is very convenient for early departure.

Cons: During warm temp, climatisation would be required, because if the windows are opened, since the appartment is at ground level on a big street close to the bus/train station, it is very noisy. And there is no real separation between the sleeping room and the living room.

The complete package. A great apartment, in a great location, with a great host.

Pros: A great place to stay & a super host! From the seemless & stress free booking process, to the clear check-in communication. Host is also very assistive with all travel queries (transport, bus times, etc). The apartment was comfortable, clean, & modern, with all essentials provided (kitchen utensils, clothes iron etc). Very nicely decorated too with cultural art & literature. Location is good & quiet. A 20min (avg) walk to the Cathedral, old town, modern art museum etc. Would highly recommend Thank you for the hospitality!

Cons: It would have been nice if Tea &/or coffee were provided for new guests, but this just an informed suggestion/advice.

Perfect Location in Santiago

Pros: Beautifully clean apartment with an exceptionally. welcoming helpful host. A very short walk to the bus and train stations and a pleasant stroll into the centre of town. Free, secure parking. Could not have asked for more.
