Great location, building, food

Pros: The character of the old building but with all modern conveniences. A fan was provided. The restaurant for was very good.

Perfect location for a short break

Pros: The accommodation and location were spot on. Great place the stay and we would return to the same place.

Cons: We were on the top floor and the rafters were low for someone who is 6’2”” but that I guess is my fault.

Lovely stay for two nights. Could not fault anything

Pros: Had a great room here with ensuite. Lovely building situated in the centre of town. Free parking 2 minutes away. Nice terrace for a drink to people watch. Had dinner one night and the food was great. Would recommend.

Perfect!

Pros: Beautiful building right in the heart of the old part of the village. Loved having a balcony. The room was very spacious

Cons: There are no staff present which wasn't a problem as we had a code to get in but it would have been nice to see/ speak to someone !

Traditional Style Hotel

Pros: The communication before we arrived of the entry codes. The WiFi worked well. The beds were comfy. The decor was nice. The attached restaurant was enjoyable. The appearance of the hotel was in keeping with medieval streets around it.

Cons: It wasn't easy to find parking near the hotel. The ensuit was very hot. We only stayed one night and never really met the hotel staff.

Excellent, cozy hotel that is family friendly and full of kind, accommodating Staff.

Pros: The Location and accommodations were excellent! The Staff made my family feel like family. Everyone was friendly and accommodating!

Cons: The bed was a spring mattress and for me it was a little uncomfortable but that may have been just my personal preference.

Pros: Beautiful hotel right in the city center and close to everything. Clearly taken care of with lots of love, you can see it in every detail. Excellent communication.

Fabulous little secret of a town worth visiting.

Pros: Great position. Lovely rooms, stone walls made you feel part of the history of the town.

Cons: No fridge or tea making facilities in the room and as the restaurant for breakfast didn’t open till 11am and not much in the town open early made it difficult.

Beautiful traditional in medieval village

Pros: The location is perfect, the facilities in the room were good, check in was simple.

Cons: We had a problem in the first room with the shower which had been reported by the previous occupier. Fortunately the owner of the Samar bar, which is attached to the hotel, stepped in to help us when the hotel owner couldn't be contacted. They arranged for us to move to another room.
