Pros: Motorway hotel right next of the main gas station, truck parking right behind the house (like it or not), check in via a computer on site, clean room, great bathroom, good working AC.

Cons: blankets were very thin

Our second visit and, if we visit area again, we’ll certainly stay here.

Pros: Very spacious room. Lovely large shower room. Parking outside reception. Convenient for visiting Ponferrada and Bembibre village. Front room with balcony looking towards mountains. Good air con.

Cons: Check in as we hadn’t received door key code password by email. Friendly staff member printed it out for us so only delayed by minutes.

Pros: - The Garden, restaurant, and rooms were extremely clean. The level of cleanliness was exceptional. - The staff members were like angels. They provided excellent service and went above and beyond to assist us. - I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the reception staff for their exceptional service and hospitality at the hostel. - Despite not speaking Spanish at all, the staff members went out of their way to assist us. We relied on Google Translate for communication, and there were moments of humor during our interactions. The staff genuinely wanted to help us.

Cons: Garden, restaurant, and rooms

Two-day break as we are driving through France, Spain & Portugal. Visited Ponferrada & rested lots

Pros: Spacious, quiet room. Large, comfy bed. Lovely big bathroom. Perfect air con. Warm welcome. Parking space outside. Seating for food and drinks both inside and outside. Staff worked incredibly hard!

Cons: Wi-Fi was patchy in our room but we managed.

Pros: Está prácticamente en la salida, a penas hay que desviarse de la ruta.

Cons: La falta de personal. El check-in es mediante máquina, las instrucciones no son claras y para pedir ayuda hay que llamar a un teléfono móvil. La cafetería cierra a las 20:00 y la cocina a las 18:00, no pudimos cenar en el hotel y tampoco desayunar el domingo, ya que los domingos no abren.

comodidad y tranquilidad

Pros: la ubicación bastante bien,acceso mediante claves muy práctico,espacio para aparcar correcto,el cheking lo puedes hacer en línea sin esperas al llegar.

Cons: en épocas de festividades y debido a llegadas fuera de horario comercial se echa de menos una expendedora de botellas de agua ,solo vi una de tabaco.

Pros: Limpieza cuidada. Habitación bien equipada. El check-in libre sencillo e intuitivo.

Bueno Punto Medio para Pasear

Pros: Fue un buen spot para poder hacer viajes diarios a distintos sitios desde ahí. La habitación tenía un buen tamaño, estaba limpia y fue muy cómoda. Adicionalmente, mantuvo el olor de cenizas fuera lo cual por esos días vino muy bien y fue importante porque los incendios de alrededor ocasionaron una atmósfera cenizosa. El café de abajo, aunque no forma parte del hotel, está muy bien y ayudó a resolver cenas y desayunos de una manera satisfactoria y a buen precio.

Cons: Que durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos ahí no vimos a nadie del hotel, excepto las señoras que limpiaban. Gracias a Dios no hizo falta, pero siento que si hubiéramos tenido alguna situación hubiera sido complicado gestionarlo.

Pros: Calidad precio Excelente. Atención de 10. La instalación muy limpia y La cama súper cómoda, almohada de 10

Pros: Estaba todo perfecto,yo fui el año pasado por primera vez y este año repetí y si vuelvo a ir volveré , ya que merece la pena

Cons: La única pega que vi fue que no tienen máquinas para agua
