Beautiful !

Pros: Beautiful large room, with lots of sunlight! Very quiet with only a few rooms, and right on camino route. Very modern, even got to pick which room i wanted! Bed Very comfortable, and heating worked great for the chilly night.

Cons: Restaurant isn't open on Mondays - completely understandable just wish I knew as there were no other places to eat in town I should have eaten in town prior.

Good rooms, adequate service

Pros: Our ensuite room had a balcony with a good view of the town. It is a modern hostal, tastefully furnished. The on-site restaurant's food was good.

Cons: Staff were not very friendly for either reception or restaurant - gave the impression they would rather be somewhere else. That said, all our requests were attended to.

A great option at a good price.

Pros: Check-in was quick and easy after a phone call to Mel. Very comfortable room. Everything appears to be brand new.

Cons: Unfortunately the restaurant is closed on a Monday so I cannot comment. But I am sure that Mel would ensure that the food is on a par with the rest of the establishment.

Good value for money on the Camino

Pros: The Hostal is in a great old stone building right on the Camino de Santiago. The updated room was small but comfortable with the bare necessities. The Restaurant was good, serving tasty, reasonably priced Daily Menus and breakfast. Good value for money, overall. The staff was very kind and attentive.
