Pros: Central location Good shutters in the room and also in the bathroom. The owner allowed me to go up to have a rest because the bus deoarted at 18:30

Pros: Buena ubicación, cerca de todo en Puebla de Sanabria. Camas cómodas.

Cons: El radiador del baño no funcionaba (o no lo supimos poner). Tampoco supimos poner la alcachofa de la bañera por lo que solo te podías bañar, no duchar…

Empfang muss verbessert werden, ansonsten top top.

Pros: Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gemütlich im alten Stil gestaltet. Man ist im historischen Stadtzentrum und dennoch hat man hier abends seine Ruhe. Eigentlich will man hier nach einer Nacht nicht wieder weg.

Cons: Sehr Mühsam war das Checkin. Bei der Ankunft war die Pension geschlossen, unter den angegebenen Tel-Nrn erreichte ich niemand. Auch die freundliche Dame im Tourismusbüro musste mehrere Anrufe tätigen bis sie jemand erreichte der mich einchecken konnte. Sowas ist mühsam, wenn man nach einem langem Fußmarsch müde ankommt und dann nicht ins Zimmer kommt. Detail: Internet funktionierte nicht.

Pros: La ubicación la cercanía de todo la habitación super limpia , el inmobiliario en perfectas condiciones el tener una sola estrella me asustaba un poco pero la verdad lo recomiendo se duerme agusto

Pros: The establishment was closed when we arrived however the owner very kindly opened the door to us and allowed us to check in earlier than stated. Not sure how we would have done so if he hadn't because the bar remained closed for the rest of the day and we had to get food and drink from elsewhere. It's a really nice establishment.

Cons: During the checking in process we weren't offered the wifi code and because the bar remained closed for the remaining part of the day we weren't able to get the password to make use of this facility. Not a major problem but a nice process etc.
