Warmest Welcome on the Camino since St. Jean

Pros: Warmest welcome on the Camino since St. Jean. Lovely room with a view of the Camino. Good lighting , with reading lights and electrical sockets by the bed. Room has a heater and extra blankets if required. Large bathroom and good shower. The highlight besides the welcome, had to be the food. It is delicious and the portions are more than generous. Lots of choice and fabulous deserts, and all home made. The hosts are a really lovely couple. Teresa chatted with every guest and made them feel appreciated.

Pros: Right on the Camino. Absolutely lovely and very helpful owner who was a great communicator, though had no English but very effectively used Google translate. Nice room with comfortable beds.

Cons: Garden area outside was totally over grown, so not conducive to sitting out, On site restaurant was expensive (we ate across the road). Nothing at all in the “village” other than a few houses and a couple of bars/restaurants. We wished we had gone a bit further, to a bigger place where there was more to see and to wander around. Bathroom starting to need some maintenance.

Great staff, food and rooms right on the Camino

Pros: Wonderful clean rooms. Nicely decorated. Good mattress. And the restaurant here!!!! Even if you don’t sleep here you HAVE to eat something here.. I love their cheesecake.. and the zamburiñas are delicious
