V nice hostel

Pros: Lovely hostel in great location. Good beds, v clean bathroom and nice kitchen

Cons: Difficult to find

Pros: There were no bunk beds! All single beds. The location of the hostel is very central and close to the cathedral. The kitchen is spacious and clean.

Cons: Paper sheets! The beds were a bit close together.

Pros: Location-750 mts zig-zag, but easy, walk from the bus station. Close to the Tourist Center & Cathedral. Accommodation & Facilities-Clean room, neat individual beds, fresh towels provided each day. Big kitchen with basics available. Coffee available. Laundry facility is a big plus. Bathrooms are immaculately clean. Super market approx 350 mts away. Lockers/Storage-Lockers available next to the beds - carry your own lock 😀. Vibe-Positive! Mostly pilgrims stay here and you get to listen to and share stories and anecdotes with all. Staff-ensures guests feel comfortable.

Pros: Locker bed lamp and power point by bed. Restaurant on site. Good advice from receptionist on where to eat.

Cons: Stairs to go to bathroom in the middle of the night. Kitchen fairly basic with not a lot of cooking utensils.

Pros: Very cozy hotel! The hotel looks freshly renovated — modern design and everything feels new. The rooms are very comfortable, with high-quality furnishings and amenities. The staff is extremely professional, attentive, and always ready to help. My stay left only positive impressions — highly recommended!

Pros: Good location, close to Lugo cathedral. I had a private room which was really huge. The place was clean and comfortable.

Cons: The hostel looks newly remodeled but they might have problems with humidity. My bathroom smelled of humidity and mold. Also, the bathroom was full of small flies (they were not in the room). Another problem I had was with the entrance to the hostel. There was no one in the reception and no one was picking the phone number indicated on the door (it was 2 pm). Some other guest opened the door and went to look for the employee so I could check in. Something similar happened later in the evening. You need to use a code to open the main entrance door. I accidentally deleted the photo of the code I took when I checked in, and I had difficulties getting in. I was calling the number indicated in Booking and also on the door but no one was answering (it was only 8 pm). I had to be knocking on the door for some time and then another guest opened the door for me.

Great place if shortcomings are fixed

Pros: Very helpful and efficient check-in lady. Appreciated additional facilities such as micro-wave, washer/dryer, etc. Great renovation job of this old building. Had a private room, very clean and spacious, but unfortunately......
