Pros: The location is good and the facilities are new. Something to heat up water that is not a microwave would be great.

Cons: The heater was not working and it was freezing cold...

Friendly reception

Pros: The reception was very friendly, I arrived slightly later hence I had to give him a call, but he showed up within 5 minutes. He explained where the route started and suggested a breakfast place. The place was provided with blankets and bedsheets.

Clean and stylish

Pros: The interior was very clean and stylish. The surroundings were calm and comfortable. The staff were kind to guide how to use the washing machine and dryer.

Cons: Not the facility’s fault but the lobby was noisy at night. I was annoyed because l wanted to get up early the next morning. I wish there had been some notice or something to tell people to keep quiet.

Great, short stay

Pros: Very central location. Clean, modern room with a great bathroom. Very friendly check in.

Cons: The only window to let light in was located at a table and chairs in the common area. Therefore we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. No natural light.

Pros: Stayed here whilst walking the Camino Frances. Modern albergue, with all the facilities we expected. Had a small kitchen area with tables and chairs and sofas.

Cons: The albergue was quite narrow and deep so had little natural light further back in the dorm.

Pros: New, clean, spacious, sheets provided on check-in. Nice reception/lounge area and a short walk from cafes. Beds have individual lights and power and privacy curtain on end of lower bunk.

Cons: Would rate 10/10 if there was a kettle in kitchenette but only microwave and pod style coffee machine)pods not provided)

Agreeable

Pros: Though owner was not on site when I arrived and I called him twice in 5 minutes (I was panick stricken as I was very car sick) he was very nice and attended to me as nicely as ever. Place was very clean and bed very comfortable. I slept like a baby.

Cons: Kitchen is essentially bare, with not even a kettle to boil some water! Having had 2 flights and a 2 hour taxi drive to get there I really wanted some tea or at least a cup a soup but with no water heating facilities it was impossible. Restaurants were all closed ( not sure why) so I just ate some biscuits and went to sleep.
