I had a wonderful stay. Very comfy beds and a nice view for its price.

Choose this place, better then a fancy hotel.

Pros: Beautiful location, excellent space for the money. Can highly recommend this place. After a long day on the Camino it was an excellent stay (even better then the much more expensive hotel I slept in the night before). Bedlinnen, 3 towels, soap and shampoo, very clean room and bathroom. Also very friendly staff. The breakfast in the morning was great: bananas, mandarins, bread, cinnamon rolls, cheese, ham, chocolate spread, yoghurt, hot chocolate, coffee, tea…even a gluten free selection.. just wow !!

You don't need more for a short stay in Lugo

Pros: Even though the room and the shower could be bigger, they were good and comfortable enough so as not to become a problem. The included breakfast was really nice, with a lot of options. The staff was helpful and nice.

Lovely Lugo!

Pros: I spent 16-20th August in Hospedería San Froilán and I highly recommend staying there, especially for those travelling alone. Excellent value for money, just 1 minute from the bus station and right next to the City Walls. The room was renovated, clean, with a very comfortable bed and en suite bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit, yogurt, fresh bread and cakes, and great coffee. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Quiet, safe, practical accommodation in Lugo

Cons: Me habría gustado la luz menos fuerte en el dormitorio, quizás una pequeña lámpara But I thoroughly recommend staying in this hospedería

Pros: Perfect. Nice staff. Good to visit the Lugo city. And right behind the bus station!

Pros: It was clean. Great breakfast. Good location. Good value for money

Cons: The room was too hot. You could tell the difference in temperature from the hallway. It felt like the heating was on and it was July. Luckily, there was a floor fan. The wifi was horrible. I had some work calls and had to switch to my personal data as it kept freezing. The television kept refreshing too.

Great value for a city centre location in a historic building!

Pros: Above all the price! Also the location, the breakfast, the blackout blind, the easy check-in process with friendly staff, the tastefully modernised rooms in a historic building.

Cons: Worst thing was that the vending machine had run out of water when I got back. Otherwise I'd have to be very picky and say the bed was a little too hard (and I like a firm bed), the butter at breakfast didn't need to be in the fridge at Galician morning temperature, but that was ok because there was also olive oil and tomato. And I prefer soap and shampoo in wall mounted containers rather than little packets (especially ones that I couldn't open! Fortunately I had my own)

Does the job

Pros: Very good location kind people at the reception desk. Breakfast was included.

Cons: Finding the room was a bit confusing.
