Terms & Conditions

Reservation Policy

  • By making a reservation, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions 

  • We accept mastercard and visa credit cards but we do not accept American Express or Diners.


Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 25 days before your arrival date, we do however charge a €25 admin fee for cancellations

  • Cancellations or modifications received within 25 days of your arrival, we will charge 50% of the total cost of your stay

  • Cancellations modifications received within 14 days of your arrival date, the full amount of your stay will be due

  • Cancellation or modifications part way through your stay, remaining nights will be charged in full

  • A “no-show” is regarded as a failure to arrive before 11pm, without notification, on the date reserved whereupon we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the full duration of your stay

  • Refunds are subject to a 25€ administration fee.

To safeguard against cancellation charges & other unforeseen eventualities we strongly recommend all our guests to take out adequate travel and cancellation  Insurance.

Cancellation or modification requests shall only be considered if made in writing to


Arrival & departure times

  • You are welcome to check-in between 16.00 hours and 21.00 hours. If you plan to arrive later than 21.00 hours, please let us know by email or telephone.

  • Check-out is before 12.00 hours. 


Children & pets

  • We welcome children over the age of 12. We do not offer extra beds. 

  • We do not allow pets in the apartments or on our farm.



  • All rooms and indoor spaces at Casa Cabaza are smoke-free as well as the corridors and the balconies. 

  • Smoking is only allowed in the garden and only when respecting other guests.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside any part of the house. Should it be brought to our attention that smoking has taken place, a refreshing fee of €100 will be applicable.


Lost keys

A charge of €100 will be taken in the event of a lost key. This covers the change of the lock and the cost of a new key.


Damaged or Missing Property

We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card the cost for any damage done to the apartment you are renting or its contents during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave. Casa Cabaza reserves the right to replace, with new, any missing, damaged or soiled items. Any additional cleaning will be charged appropriately and may include any cost for loss of business. 


Guest Property

Casa Cabaza does not accept liability in respect of any loss or damage to articles brought into our premises. 

We have free car parking on site. Please note that cars are parked entirely at the owner’s risk. 


Lost property

We are happy to post any lost items subject to the costs of postage. 

We reserve the right to donate or dispose of lost property if it is unclaimed 2 weeks from the departure date.



Guests are asked to follow the owner’s instructions while staying at Casa Cabaza. The owners reserve the right to refuse entry of anyone who is misbehaving or disturbing the peace or other guests at Casa Cabaza or anyone who is not abiding by the terms and conditions outlined on this page. Casa Cabaza can exercise this right without a refund or discussion.
