Pros: Apartamento reformado recientemente, amplio y muy bien situado. Tiene bastante equipamiento, las camas son cómodas. Cada habitación tiene su baño propio, el agua de la ducha sale muy calentita. La relación calidad precio es excelente.

Cons: Las almohadas eran un poco pequeñas y bajas, parecían más cojines. En la habitación de matrimonio se escuchaba todo de la casa de al lado por noche.

Pros: Muy acogedor y muy bien acondicionado. El anfitrión muy amable y resuelto, todo sin problemas, nos dio muchas facilidades en todo momento.

Cons: No había persianas en todas las ventanas y había demasiada luz por la noche. El vecindario del bloque un poco ruidoso, casi molesto.

Pros: Ubicación. Calefacción del departamento. Bien equipado.

Cons: Si bien cada habitación cuenta con su baño propio, los baños no tienen puerta

Pros: Es amplio, muy limpio, cada habitación con su baño. Además, el contacto con el dueño siempre super fácil y rápido. Tiene una buena ubicación y se aparca bastante bien cerca

Muy buena calidad de la estancia

Pros: La amplitud, la luz, la limpieza, las 3 habitaciones con sus baños correspondientes. El propietario se lo ha currado. Es un piso que da gusto entrar. Tiene de todo en la cocina. Para una familia está muy bien.

Cons: El portal está en obras importantes porque las zonas comunes están un poco anticuadas. Da la sensación de que están instalando un ascensor.

Muy agradable

Pros: La ubicación es idónea, tienes todo a mano. El apartamento está muy bien cuidado, todo muy limpio y perfectamente equipado. Tiene un parking a 1 minuto donde puedes aparcar sin problema (pagando, pero es accesible). En resumen, ha sido una experiencia muy agradable con una excelente comunicación.

Cons: La cerradura del portal no funciona muy bien.
