Convenient stay.

Pros: Great breakfast. Good eating options. Convenient location.

Cons: Very noisy from other inconsiderate guests with thin wall insulation.

Lovely stay after a long day of hiking the Camino

Pros: Nice comfortable stay. Good value for money as breakfast was included. Had a lovely dinner too after a long day doing the Camino. Staff very pleasant. Padron is a lovely stay but Hotel Scala is approx 3k from City Centre which was a bit of anuisance after stopping for a drink ....Hotel is outside the far end of town so at least that 3k was 3k less to hike the following day :-)

Pros: This hotel is right along the Camino path and was a great location to stop and rest at before my walk into Santiago! They had an amazing pool and a nice cafe inside for dinner so I didn't have to walk back down to Padron where my friends were staying! Great way to recharge before my final walk in!

Cons: I didn't like that they charged 5 Euros for the pool towel - I thought that was a little expensive! Breakfast had some good options!

Would highly recommend for anyone walking the Camino Central Portugese !

Pros: Breakfast was excellent great choice and staff kept refilling ! The previous night we had dinner in restaurant very little choice and expensive for what we got.Otherwise everything was super and we continued on Camino next morning outside hotel door so location was perfect!

Cons: Restaurant choice was very limited & expensive.
