Good and bad, not comfortable

Pros: The hotel was a nice building and staff on reception friendly.

Cons: My bed was a bag of springs, really bad, uncomfortable and noisy with all the springs constantly pinging and creaking. The lift shaft was next to my room, so from 6am it was very noisy. .

Pros: Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and the lovely breakfast

Cons: We were doing the Camino and hoped to recuperate in the pool, because that was advertised on the logo. When we arrived, we were told that the pool wasn't available. We wouldn't have chosen this venue if we knew about the pool. Also, the water leaked from the plug in the one bath. The grout in the other bathroom was dirty.

A very good hotel if you want to stay on the outskirts of Santiago Compostela

Pros: Very good 4 star hotel, good in every way. Good value for money. Cheap but good breakfast. Spacious room

Cons: Just not on the Camino route. Not an issue if you are not doing the Camino. About 11 euros by taxi from the Santiago central.

Pros: The room was nice and cleaned. I did enjoy the breakfast. The only negative point - dinner (buffet ) was very poor, because they only had two main dishes (chicken stew and fried fish). They have had pizzas, vegetables and salads dishes, The breakfast was very nice.

Pros: Large family room was great with lovely views Linen was clean Room was quiet

Cons: No toilet brush nowhere to hang clothes in bathroom Breakfast was ok if you eat pork but for those who don't your only hot option was scrambled eggs so for us disappointing plenty of fruit and pastries but we prefer a hot savoury breakfast

Comfortable, clean and enjoyable.

Pros: We enjoyed the buffet dinners and breakfasts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice clean hotel. Highly recommended.

Cons: We sorry we only spent 3 nights, the hotel was well located to get to all famous sites but we didn't have time to see all so will definitely be back.
