Great hotel

Pros: Spotless clean, comfortable bed, very helpful staff.

Pros: The bed was very comfy! And the hotel location was also amazing.

Cons: The shower did not work well. Either you had cold water or boiling hot water, nothing in between was possible! This is quite annoying during winter!

Pros: Room is very modern, warm, and clean. Breakfast was great, although a little bit expensive if you pay at reception (£12 per person).

Value for money in a comfortable hotel

Pros: Location (near the train / bus station) and also next to two supermarkets. Quick walk to the old town and meeting points for tours. I appreciated that they gave two pillows with different hardness so I can pick the one I want

This is a very welcoming hotel, great location for exploring the sights of Santiago de Compestella.

Pros: Breakfast was fine, just no options for vegan, other than fruit and toast.

Pros: Very good location with the railway/bus station and historic centre within a 15 minute walk. Very pleasant helpful staff The weather was awful the night of our stay so instead of going out, we tried the option of the evening buffet which was actually pretty good and decent value for money. The woman in charge of the dining room was also extremely pleasant

Cons: There was no extractor fan in the bathroom so it took ages for the mirror to demist. The soundproofing isn’t great and our neighbours tv was very loud!

The staff were most friendly and the hotel is excellent by three star standards.

Pros: Location is very good. Buses and trains are a short walk from the hotel and the cathedral and the old town are fifteen minutes away. When I told reception that I would be leaving before 7a.m. and would miss breakfast, a takeaway breakfast was prepared. A nice touch.

Cons: I had asked for a walk in shower and there seemed to be some difficulty with this and I was offered a disability bedroom which was perfect. I got the impression that most rooms have a bath shower.

Pros: This is a large modern hotel close to the train station and within easy walking distance to the centre. The room was functional and a reasonable size. Plenty of storage space. The room and bathroom were clean. Above all it was very quiet even though it was on a busy road. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Pros: Excellent location. We had a room with a bath which was very welcome after our 130k walk
