Pros: The location was perfect. Rooms were clean and nicr staff. Rooms were comfortable. Overall nice experience.

Pros: Great location, great room, had towel warmer and control of heater in the room which was great because we arrived on bikes and we were wet! They also had a secure room for bike storage.

Amazing hotel, loving staff, clean and central.

Pros: EVERYTHING! We had walked the Camino and finished here before flying home. It was the best accommodation we have had, it was great luxurious rooms and everything so clean and fresh. Breakfast was amazing and the service at breakfast was so sweet. A big thank you to Marisa (I think her name was) in reception who greeted us, helped us and made us feel like home. She did our stay the best possible and she raised the standard for this hotel, best service we have had for sure. We will 100% recommend this hotel and hopefully we will come back to Santiago so we can stay one more night here. Thank you for an amazing finish to our trip.

Comfortable hotel in a good location

Pros: Great location, next to the pedestrianised part of the old city, and a short walk from the train station. There was a nice large, clean bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. And the woman at reception was really friendly.

Cons: The balcony in my room overlooked an alleyway leading to a car park, so I didn't bother using it.

Overall we had a great stay but Marissa made it extra special!

Pros: Marissa at the front desk was awesome. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel, but had to check out each morning because we made the reservations at different times and through different booking agents. She took care of us each day by safeguarding our luggage and moving our luggage to our new room once it was ready. She also provided valuable information on sights to see in Santiago. The buffet breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was only a 9 min walk from the Cathedral.
