Clean and comfortable

Pros: Everything was clean and fresh. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is big, clean and the shower was working perfectly fine.

Good place to stay and very quiet

Pros: They let me check in at 12.30 vs 3pm normal. Clean and close to centre of town (7mijutes walk to cathedral). Very quiet

Comfortable Hotel close to Transportation and the Cathedral

Pros: The personnel were fantastic - it was wonderful having the reception available 24/7. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated, and well-lit. The hotel was equidistant to the train/bus station and the cathedral/old city. I did not eat breakfast downstairs, since I had packed too much food for the Camino.

Cons: Unfortunately, the coffee machine in the room was broken and I had to go to the lobby every time I wanted to make a cup (twice a day for 3 days). It seems the big hotel did not have any extra ones; also, nobody was available to buy one on a Saturday when stores were open. Since I was quite worn out from the Camino, I spent much time resting in my room. It was unfortunate that the window had no clear glass and did not open for fresh air.

Great hotel to stay after the Camino

Pros: Great hotel for after he Camino The staff were very nice and helpful. We had issues with our room key and they replaced it quickly We were upgraded to the suite which was a nice surprise and a very lovely and comfy room. Thank you. The breakfast was good

Cons: Could hear the people walking upstairs. The person above us seemed to be wearing heels late at night and early morning and it was loud
