Great value and great location with bus stop to the airport, just outside the door.

Pros: Staff were very helpful, location was very central, room size and beds were great. I will be back :-)

Cons: It would have been nice to have a common room in the hotel, but could not find one. So while in the hotel, spent all my time in the room. However that was okay. Happy to explore Santiago :-)

QUITE AND COMFORTABLE

Pros: Bed was very comfortable and the room was really quite

Cons: Shower had a life of its own as the pressure was so high ( usually a good thing) but in this instance it meant shower head kept moving backwards

Pros: Excellent location, right next to the old town. Very clean, kind staff.

Cons: No fridge in rooms

Pros: The lovely helpful reception from the staff. The room was clean. The location was excellent, a short walk to, town centre and cathedral and lots of restaurants. Would certainly come back again and would highly recommend to anybody.

Cons: The shower was tiny, and the amenities ie shower gel and shampoo absent. The shower door was too light, a folding door that was very delicate and fragile. Water leaked onto the floor making it extremely dangerous. Overall the good far outweighed the bad.

Pros: 5-10 mins to Cathedral. Airport bus around the corner as I'm returning again on 17th. Friendly & helpful receptionist. Slept well.

Cons: Nothing - highly recommend!
