Pros: This hotel is highly recommended. Fatima at the reception and on the phone call from the UK was very professional and very helpful. Very confident and fluent in English. Our Queen room was very comfortable. A good selection for breakfast. Easy access to the main line station and the attractions in the centre and around Santiago.

Nice and convenient

Pros: The room is clean. The staff is very helpful. The location is good.

Cons: The shower drain is a bit clogged. There is no small kettle in the room but the receptionist was very nice, she gave me some hot water when I requested it.

Convenient and comfortable.

Pros: Reception was very friendly, welcoming and explained everything we needed to know clearly. Breakfast was a welcome bonus that we didn’t expect and found out about as we checked in. It was tasty and good value. Room and bed were comfortable and the in room coffee machine was great. The hotel also took delivery of a suitcase for us which was very helpful.

Pros: Friendly staff able to get a coffee downstairs to take to the room given gratis biscuits able to store luggage when arrived early then messages when room was ready good size room comfortably bed nice shower

Cons: Air con for cold air only in warmer season so room very warm slept with window open so a little noisy, no rea /coffee making facilities in room but see above

Very enjoyable and met our expectations

Pros: Good location 10 mins walk from old town and cathedral. Stylish Modern hotel, great staff and exceptional value breakfast.

Cons: We found the beds to be basic and a little hard. Like most modern city hotels, minimal storage/ drawers if you have more than overnight luggage- and no shelving in bathrooms for toiletries.
