Cute place, perfect for travelers who plan to be out and about!
Pros: The room was basic, but it was perfect for what we needed it for (sleeping). If you are planning on sleeping in the same bed, it may be helpful to know that the \
Cons: The TV did not work except with satellite stations (no access to Netflix or anything), and they were doing painting and construction on the first floor (but this didn´t really bother us since we were on the second floor). Other than those two small things, it was great!

Pros: Location is very central, nearby the historical area, but isn't easy to park if you go with a car.... They have a partnership with a private parking but you must calculate this cost on top

Nice place, clean, good location, friendly staff, wd prob go back; tho arrival and check in an absolute nightmare nightm
Pros: Nice clean comfy rooms. Good place for first night. Staff v friendly. Great location. Really liked the hotel itself, staff and location. I would go back depending on price and so long as arriving during the day time.
Cons: BE CAREFUL IF ARRIVING LATE! Check in, finding key, finding room was all hard (we arrived 1030pm from airport with a child). Check in via a diy computer that kept turning off; 7-8 attempts; payment system same; sent to wrong room; code didn’t work; couldn’t find room (slight labyrinth lay out - adjoining buildings); then told there is nowhere we could go in town to find anything to eat or drink. Tired, hungry and tearful children. Eventually found a nightclub nearby that directed us to a great 24 hr pizza place and normality restored, but we lost an hour and honestly was a pretty sad and difficult start for the Camino.

Hard beds Great staff. Clean but small tight rooms
Pros: Central close to cathedral after a Camino walk. Great helpful receptionist.
Cons: Beds very hard no sleep. Closed small room. We left a day earlier to find a softer bed after walking 260 km Massages in Santiago very expensive.

A comfortable stay and convenient location. Very peaceful.
Pros: Good location. Friendly staff. Very accommodating.
Cons: I thought breakfast was included so that’s my bad. I needed to access a fridge but had to go thru the staff. A bit inconvenient for all. The elevator stops on 2nd floor every trip up or down, slowing down the whole process.

Met my expectations and very convenient location
Pros: Great location near centre and friendly reception at check in. Room was clean and bright and bathroom decent.
Cons: Bed a bit hard/uncomfortable and light sensors on stairs to switch lights on if walking up/down the stairs need improving, as very slow / late to switch on.
