The room was comfortable, clean and staff very friendly

Pros: Great location very close to the cathedral, shops and restaurants

Cons: Didn't like there wasn't a kettle or coffee machine

Great location for a short stay in Santiago

Pros: It was in a great location for walking around the city and exploring all the shops and sights

Cons: Nothing really. It’s not a big room but I knew that when I booked and it was only for a night.

It was excellent location to the cathedral, and station and buses shops good just metres away it was an excellent stay

Pros: The location was excellent and the room was very comfortable after a long journey on the Camino Frances.

Cons: Everything was fantastic, the only comment I have is there is a sign in the room saying ask at front desk for blow dryer, an unnecessary trip down and I was advised it is in the room. Searched the room and found it in the closet.

Excellent hotel

Pros: Hotel is in an excellent location. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a great bonus to be able to leave our luggage in the hotel as we had a very late flight the day we checked out.Room was spotless and very comfortable. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Pros: The hotel is really central and in fact only a few minutes walk from the cathedral. The communication from the host was great and they provided clear instructions on how to enter the building. The room (we had a 4 bed room) was sufficient, particularly given the city centre location. The host was very helpful in organising a taxi the following day.
