Small, comfortable and stylish hotel in the heart of the old town.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent - in the old town near the market and close to the cathedral. The room had character with the old stone walls exposed on one side. The staff were friendly.

Cons: Nothing bad to say about the property.

A fantastic hotel in a great location. Clean, comfortable and lovely design

Pros: A really lovely hotel in a brilliant central location

Cons: Nothing really, minor point but maybe just some additional (softer) lighting in the rooms. The lighting was really nice but sometimes you just want a low light for reading after your family want to go to sleep! 😂. Same in the breakfast area, maybe a bit softer lighting options - however the breakfast was great and very good value!

Una estancia cómoda en familia

Pros: We stayed with our 3 and a half years old son and the stay was very comfortable. We were able to leave the car in a nearby parking and walk to the hotel. The welcome at the front desk was very professional and friendly. We would definitely come back if we want to stay in the center of Santiago again.

Pros: Location. The way it was renovated while keeping the old building spirit.

Cons: The noise...you could hear the neighbors on the stairs, in the lobby.. Basically, we wake up at 6 as we heard someone talking on the phone

Pros: Excellent and friendly staff. Made my 4 year old son feel so welcome. Location is second to none in Santiago, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable
