Amazing Hotel with Exceptional Owner and Staff

Pros: The hotel was exceptional and Ana and her team outstanding. Ana contacted me on whats app and we communicated on my arrival time and what I even wanted for breakfast which she exceeded my expectation on. `I have since my stay recommended this hotel to several people. it had amazing views, was a newish hotel with lovely rooms and access to a lounge and swimming pool. The staff couldn't do enough for us.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. We had a small issue with the heating when we arrived but this was sorted straight away. As said above, the staff could not do enough for us.

Pros: The design of the hotel, the view from the salon windows, Nuria's kind attentions and the breakfast were all marvelous

Cons: The location isn't great for dinner, as even the closest restaurant is 10 minutes drive away. However, the salon is available to eat at, if you bring a picnic

Pros: Everything was perfect. It was one of the best hotels I stayed in Spain. Clean, modern, very cosy, amazing breakfast and amazing people running this place.

Rural comfort and wonderful view.

Pros: Very new hotel in rural setting. All beautifully done. Greeted by very friendly Nuria . Our Spanish not good and Nuria’s English not do good but google translate very helpful. Really lovely breakfast.

Cons: Good to bring a snack as no restaurants nearby. Lovely town of Ribedeo 15 kms.

Beautiful countryside location, designer chic property and the warmest of welcomes!

Pros: The bedrooms and the stunning breakfast room / lounge are all brand new and just the right side of designer chic. But the best thing about the hotel is that underneath the design-led exterior, De La Osa is a family guest house. Service here is personal and Anna is a warm and welcoming host who goes out of her way to make your trip special; she clearly loves meeting people and was especially great with our daughter. The fire pit to keep you warm for star gazing was a real bonus!

Cons: The wifi in the bedroom was a little unreliable at times.

Loved our stay and would love to visit again

Pros: Beautiful location, very stylish property and felt very welcomed and relaxed . Room was well appointed with comfortable bed and spa like bathroom. Breakfast was delicious too! Wished we had stayed another night!

Pros: Un lugar de encanto, es un hotel que te hace sentir que estás en casa, la habitación de ensueño y un salón compartido que sinceramente creo que tiene mucho amor en todos sus rincones y hace enamorar. Por último mencionar a Nuria, la que se encarga de todo en este magnífico hotel, su desayuno es inmejorable, y su amabilidad y pasión por lo que hace llega al corazón. Gracias Nuria!!! Volveremos!!!
