Stay here in Santiago !!!

Pros: Beautiful hotel, central location and my room had a bath and balcony. Everything was faultless & Elba on reception was really helpful with questions such as nearby laundromat & booking buses etc. would absolutely return here.

A perfect stay in a perfect place.

Pros: It was just perfect - the location is beautiful the Restaurant exceptionally good on a Michelin level and the staff very helpful and friendly.

A gem of a hotel

Pros: Fantastic location, great local cafes, huge food market behind it. Staff were really friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for local places of interest etc. Bedroom had a tiny balcony with rocking chairs, nice touch!

Cons: Lighting in bedroom. Only one side lamp so almost dark or all lights on. Water should be free as standard.(as it had been in all previous accomodation)

Pros: The room and facilities were great but the breakfast was very poor for the €14 charge. I would have expected warm eggs and bacon for this rate.

Cons: Poor breakfast for the cost.

Pros: Great location with only a five minute walk to the main Cathedral Square. A great selection of restaurants, cafes and bars located just beyond the main square in the beautiful old town. The staff in Hotel Pazo were wonderfully pleasant and attentive from the lovely lady who booked us in along with Sergio who was super kind. He went out of his way to make us a free cup of coffee before we set off in our taxi to the airport as their lovely restaurant was not open at 06:45am. Our room was perfect, bright, spotless with everything in it that we needed. Overall a great place to stay and I will be recommending this lovely place with its great staff to family and friends.

Cons: The only small inconvenience was the very low location of the charging sockets in under a wooden type bed support.
