Warm welcoming hospitality, extended services, proper map direction, healing and clean linens are all perfect.

Pros: Right in the middle of key heritage, tapas, cafe and attraction.

Cons: A merely noise of washing machine (or printer) whole night. I was ok for that sound but few guests will be disturbed once they noticed it in midnight.

Great hotel in a great location

Pros: The room was beautiful, great view, lovely atmosphere

Cons: The floor in our room was a little creaky

Pros: Everything was wonderful!!! Our suite was beautiful, clean and clean.

Cons: Sleeping was impossible, because people were SO noisy outside. You hear everything from steps to singing to laughing and even crying.

A comfortable modest hotel in close proximity to the Santiago de Compostela cathedral

Pros: The hotel is in a great location, within a few minutes walk to the Cathedral and the old town sites and eateries. The hotel has a good aspect, with several rooms overlooking a small garden square and part of the old university. Our first floor suite also overlooked the small square and was comfortable with a sofa, a coffee maker, kettle and small fridge and good heating (winter stay) as well as a large bathroom and plenty of hot water. A bonus was to have glimpses of the Cathedral towers from the balcony. Breakfast included the usual continental selection as well as eggs and bacon cooked to order. All staff were pleasant and welcoming. The main entrance is in a pedestrian area, but taxis may drop/pick up from the hotel’s secondary/rear entrance. The hotel offered good value in a high cost location.

Pros: The reception staff were very helpful & the location was excellent.

Cons: Breakfast was extra. It was poorly cooked & there was a lot of oil on the plate from the bacon. The bacon should be placed on paper to take up most of the fat prior to placing it on the plate. The cook & a guest were talking VERY loudly when I would have liked a peaceful breakfast. The balcony was nice to have but extremely small.

Pros: We loved this small hotel. The location cannot be beat and the staff were lovely.
