Getting worse

Pros: Very nice place with spacious rooms and friendly staff.

Cons: The room wasn't prepared when we were given the keys, so we were moved to another one in which the heating worked in the bedroom but not at all in the bathroom. We were travelling with a baby, and in winter. As that room was facing south and on the 2nd floor, the bathroom felt like a freezer all night. No one from the staff knew how to turn it on for the bathroom, cleaners gave us a small heater the next morning. The restaurant and cafe are clearly understaffed. Dirty tables during dinner and breakfast even though waiters were rushing it all time. The star rating is becoming a bit generous given how the hotel is degrading, it was a very nice place to stay time ago.

Pros: Everything! This was probably the biggest hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful views, bed and bath after a long day's walk on the Camino. Also very good price.

Very comfortable and friendly hotel on the Camino Primitivo in the centre of Tineo

Pros: This is an historic hotel in the centre of Tineo. Reception are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are excellent - spacious and comfortable.

Cons: Service at breakfast could have been better. Dinner wasn't as good as we'd hoped it would be.

Wonderful hotel in the pretty town of Tineo.

Pros: Fabulous hotel in an old palace in the pretty town of Tineo. Rooms are really good value for money. We dined in the restaurant for dinner and had very nice food. Great art on display outside the rooms.

Cons: Nothing all good.

Beautiful hotel in the hills

Pros: - Beautiful restaurant and hotel (architecture) - Staff were very accommodating to arrange dinner for our late arrival. Food was very tasty - rooms were spacious and modern

Cons: - it is a bit off the beaten track and if you have an electric car, the charger next to the hotel was broken and the electric infrastructure is terrible

Little gem of a hotel

Pros: Tasteful use of an old building, excellent rooms and facilities, onsite bar and restaurant

Cons: Looks like they might tolerate poor behaviour one staff member, this tarnishes their reputation

Comfortable historical building in the the center of Tineo.

Pros: Nice hotel, probably the best in town right in the middle of Teneo. Good sized rooms, comfortable beds, and good shower. Beautiful building. Bar is popular, and is reasonably well stocked. Continental breakfast available at a reasonable price.

Cons: The food and service and the restaurant is very good, but the menu choices seem to have shrunk from our last stay which was just after COVID.

Pros: Great location in centre of Tineo. Really nice Hotel for the price.

Cons: Air conditioning hard to make sense of. Instructions for use would be good.

Home away from home

Pros: The Hotel itself has everything you need plus it is in the heart of town steps away from other services. It is the best choice in Tineo.
