Pros: Top quality hotel in a great location. Large tastefully furnished room with a spacious well equipped bathroom. Hotel building is full of charm and period features. Main restaurant is a must visit, full of charm. Food was great too.

Cons: Limited selection of beverages (tea's) in the room. Breakfast room became busy at certain times. It was congested at times and staff could have been more proactive rather than reactive.

We had a fabulous one day/night stay that exceeded our expectations.

Pros: It was amazing to be able to stay in such a historical building, surrounded by such fantastic architecture. Iconic location in the Cathedral Square. Easy walkable access to everywhere locally. Convenient parking in the premises’ parking garage underground. Helpful and friendly staff. Delicious food in the restaurant.

Excellent location, excellent breakfast, beautiful historical place, trade-off for bad shower.

Pros: Best location ever!! Literally next to the cathedral, in the heart of the city. The building is beautiful and historical. The breakfast is excellent. I love their selection of Jamon Iberico. And very reasonable price.

Cons: The old wooden floor can get squeaky and make noise. The shower is the most problematic. The water pressure is very weak. Showering wasn't pleasant at all.

Exceptional hotel stay in Santiago de Compostela.

Pros: Exceptional hotel. Perfect location right on the Cathederal square, stunning old hotel, exquisitely renovated, styled, decorated and appointed. Great space and ambiance with delightful courtyards to expolre and plush lounge areas to relax in. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Cuisine in both the breakfast room and the evening dining space was delicious. We would highly recommend this hotel to travelers to Santiago de Compostela.

Cons: It was all perfect. Would lovecto stay again.

Always and Great Place to Stay

Pros: We had a wonderful, comfortable room with lounge overlooking a central courtyard. Although renovations were being carried out it did not impact on our stay at all. Have stayed here several times of the last 10 years and always found their quality high. Breakfast is also an impressive meal. Location is wonderful being on the square near the Cathedral.

Cons: Although it was special I thought it was incredibly expensive. And we only had one English teabag in our room! . You are paying for the location really

Very much enjoyed our one night stay in this centrally located historic building.

Pros: Enjoyed exploring this historic building, ideallly located adjoining the cathedral, with private parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Spacious comfortable room, clean and well equipped.
