San Francisco Hotel Monumento

For a visit to this historic city the hotel is perfectly situated.

Pros: Historic building with many original features. Central location with plenty of parking and swimming pool complex with jacuzzi is great. Friendly and helpful staff on reception- thank you.

Cons: No Tea/coffee in the room.

Very enjoyable stay

Pros: Staff were great, very good with the kids supporting them to speak Spanish and loved the pool.

Pros: Everything except temperature control. The internal structure of the hotel is spectacular.

Cons: I could not adjust the temperature in my room, in spite of the prompt assistance of staff.

Pros: We loved everything about this hotel - you couldn’t get a better location, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Pros: The hotel was a very big convent and therefore has many rooms and a big dining room. Our room was very comfortable, clean and the bed was firm and had good quality sheets. The bathroom was clean and functional. There was a pool which was a good size and clean so that was an added bonus. The breakfasts were buffet style and there was a lot of choice. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the cathedral, restaurants and shops. Thee we staff were helpful and friendly
