Warm, generous, comfortable. I owe the Hotel a debt of gratitude for the hospitality and kindness I was shown throughout

Pros: Everything, the ladies who run the Hotel are warm, caring and kind! The location is excellent and the breakfast really special, with so much unique produce from Galicia. My room was warm and comfortable and the shower was accessible and easy to operate.

Cons: I have no complaints, I simply loved this Hotel!

Lovely hotel in a quaint part of town.

Pros: The accommodation was unique as we had the loft room.

Cons: The timing of our visit coincided with a change from air conditioning to heater. Unfortunately, I found it to be hot and I was unable to use the AC.

Perfect city stay

Pros: This was the perfect first stop after flying in to Santiago, 17 mins from the airport and meant we woke up right in the middle of all the fun yet it was quiet and peaceful. The staff were so friendly

Wonderful location, friendly staff

Pros: Superb location, 5 minutes walk to the cathedral yet a very quiet street. Also convenient for the bus to the airport as the stop is 3 mins walk away. Originally booked a single room but was kindly upgraded to a double upon arrival without asking. Staff were nice and helpful. Room looked modern and was a good size, and the bathroom had a good shower. Would recommend!

Cons: The air conditioning made loud noises so I had to turn it off before going to sleep. The pillows weren’t the most comfortable but I still slept fine.
