Lovely facilities in a great location

Discreet gem of a boutique hotel in fabulous location.

Pros: My wife and I come to Santiago quite often and we always stay here. It's a friendly personalised boutique hotel of the highest order. The rooms are a decent size, the service is first rate - I really can't find anything negative to say about the place.

Cons: I can't think of anything I'd like changed.
