Best room in Santiago!

Pros: Reception were very helpful, location was excellent right by the cathedral but far enough away from the bars and maddening crowd. The bed was super comfy. I really enjoyed staying there!

Cons: No kettle in the room but one in the hallway. No big deal breakwr but!

Cozy, warm room, perfect location

Pros: Very cozy room, warm and comfortable. The location is excellent — close to all the most interesting places in the city. We were very happy with our stay and truly enjoyed it.

Couldn’t have been in a better location and the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Pros: This was the prefect stay. Location is very close to the cathedral and the room was very comfortable.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to everything, friendly staff, clean and comfortable bed. Taxi by the door. Wi-Fi works well

Amazing location

Pros: The location was amazing. You are only minutes from the Cathedral. Walking distance to everything you need. Cafes etc close by. The room was beautiful. Comfortable bed and a great shower. A great place to spend your time after completing the Camino. The instructions to gain entry were easy to follow. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Answered any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Not the proper fault but taxi rank outside made it a bit noisy later at night. A kettle in the room would have been good

Great location and comfortable stay

Pros: A great location near the cathedral so you can hear the bagpipes and delight from the plaza but not noisy at night. Very comfortable beds and excellent shower.. Great to have tea and coffee making facility in the lobby downstairs.

Cons: Room 301 is an attic room with skylight cathedral and monastery views but no street outlook.

Pros: Beautiful room, fabulous location near the Cathedral, but very quiet. Great recommendations from the staff for restaurants, etc.

Cons: Excellent stay, just be aware there is no elevator.

Fabulous time in a beautiful city, would recommend the hotel to everyone who needs a good comfortable place to stay with

Pros: Such a good location for access to the cathedral square, restaurants and shops. Good system for access and storage of luggage. Staff friendly and helpful.

Perfect location for completion of our Camino
