Pros: A great location, friendly staff, nice restaurant. The room was comfortable. Having a beer in the evening next to the river was very atmospheric.

Memorable place, great terrace and pool

Pros: This is an atmospheric place, off the beaten track. The terrace at the back is a highlight and is quite popular with locals- it's right next to the beach and looks over the water, with lovely sunset views. The room on the top floor was very spacious and quiet, comfy bed and a good shower. The pool is really nice and a big luxury after walking from Ferrol on the Camino.

Cons: It's a bit dated, having been restored in the 1980s and was probably avante garde at the time, but now the marine ply is showing its age in places. I think it's for sale and perhaps is a bit much for the owner to keep going. Breakfast was quite nice but a little overpriced at 15 euros. The lack of a restaurant for evening meals is an issue given the location, but we had a decent kebab delivered by Uber eats!

Wonderful waterfront property

Pros: Wonderful quaint property located just off the Camino trail. If walking, Google maps takes you down a grassy road and you’ll think you’re going wrong but you’re not! Greeted by the owner who was very nice and friendly. The bar is an added bonus and we enjoyed our drinks on the waterfront. The weather was lovely so we made use of the outdoor pool. No restaurant onsite so owner recommended a lovely restaurant less than 1km away and we had delicious pizza there. We opted for breakfast onsite and it was lovely however I felt it was a little expensive at €15pp.

Pros: We came here as part of our Camino experience, for one night. It's a beautiful location. Loved every bit of it, and he made an enjoyable breakfast! Lovely to unwind in after a long days walking.

Beautiful and historic

Pros: The setting is beautiful, right on the river. The room was big, lovely and had a brilliant view over the river (room 3). The staff were excellent.

Cons: A bottle of water in the fridge after a long day on the Camino would have been appreciated :-). There is no food available so you need to leave the hotel to find a restaurant or order in

Beautiful luxury stay on the Camino Ingles

Pros: Beautiful restored small hotel right on the camino Ingles. The view to the water was spectacular. Bed was super comfortable. Wonderful amenities. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We didn't have the full breakfast there but coffee was available.

Cons: It was cold in the common areas and the room. The space heater worked well, just not enough for the room size. I'd stay here again though.

Pros: Quiet area on the matters edge in Neda looking at Ferrol across the river. Longish walk there but taxis are available. Hotel has great character and atmosphere. Owner has limited English but is very helpful and welcoming.

Cons: Nothing it was great.
