Hotel Eumesa

Pros: Very clean large room with good bathroom and good value

Good Camino location

Pros: Central location, we were on the Camino so it was exactly what we needed- comfy bed, good shower. Overall dated property but decent price for the location.

Cons: Thin windows and our room was over the bus shelter; people talking loudly outside until early hours, wear earplugs if noise sensitive.

Comfy place to stay after a long walk

Pros: Staff on reception when arrival was very attentive and helpful. Answered all our questions about where to find things we needed to continue our walk. Excellent customer service

Good option for night in Pontedeume, especially if on the Camino de Santiago

Pros: Nice hotel in the centre of town. Near everything it needs to be near to. Hotel looks a bit rundown but rooms are nice, good beds and tastefully furnished. Very helpful staff. Carmen was so kind and helpful for us.

Cons: Bathroom was old and could do with renovating. Shower not good.

WELL LOCATED FOR CAMINO INGLES WALKERS

Pros: Loved the location of Hotel Eumesa just at the end of the bridge. We were walking the Camino Ingles so seeing the hotel after a long days walk was very welcome, and having its location right on the track was a winner. Our room was very spacious and bright. An added bonus was having the main bus stop right outside the hotel which allowed us to take side trips here and there. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk. Tino's Cafe and Bar is within the same building.

Cons: The main entrance to the hotel was locked and unkempt. Entrance to the hotel is currently via Tino's cafe around the corner and there was often nobody on Reception.

Pros: Excellent location for Ingles Camino, and easy access to square for meals, coffees etc.

Excellent value for money, brilliant staff, and would definitely recommend

Pros: Hotel reception were very flexible considering we arrived early. Amazing position next to the bridge and the inlet. Rooms were clean and well kept.

Cons: Would benefit from bit of air conditioning and the bar would be amazing if they put a little more staff on

Lovely staff, great location and clean

Pros: Staff were lovely and accommodating- the room was big but then I did have a Triple room to myself. Location unbeatable. Although doesn’t look great from outside, inside is lovely !

Cons: Nothing really - it’s a bit old and tired but it’s semi -rural Spain and prices are reflective.

Good location and nice hotel

Pros: This was the cheapest hotel we found after arriving late to the city and not being able to find free spot in any of albergues. However everything was fine, central location and the price was not bad

Cons: Everything was OK

Pros: Fine for one day stay. Very good location. We could leave here our luggage before our check in, that was very good.
