Very comfortable room close to the Cathedral Square
Pros: Great location just below the cathedral square on a road with restaurants and cafes. The room had everything I needed and more. Vending machines in the foyer if required. The bed was very comfortable and the reception staff were lovely.
Cons: Initially had a bit of a stale odour like a dirty mop had been used to clean the floor. More than one coffee pod would be nice.

Staying here was a special treat after completing our Camino.
Pros: It was clean, quiet and spacious. It was nice to be able to make a drink in our room.
Cons: I have no complaint about the property.

Perfect place for stay in Santiago De Compostela
Pros: This hotel is one of the best in the city. It’s located right in the center, has everything you need, and is very easy to reach from anywhere. It’s actually a small studio rather than just a hotel room, with a tiny kitchen that includes a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other small, charming details. I think the price will increase as it will be soon finished to be built.
Cons: I think the huge “Hospital” sign above the entrance was a bit misleading, as I couldn’t find the hotel’s name anywhere on the building. I spent about five minutes trying to figure out where to enter.

Pros: A brand new hotel, in the process of being converted from a hospital. I think I was the first person to use the room I was given. Everything was new, clean and tidy. Spacious room, good size shower unit. Helpful staff, although some were still learning the ropes. Excellent location. Although only three minutes walk from the Pilgrim Office, it is outside the old city. It is away from the hustle and noise of the centre. Several local cafes and restaurants are just across the road.
Cons: The shower unit light is sensor controlled. This stays on for about 5 minutes after use. The walls of this unit are frosted glass; if one uses the facilities during the night, the light is very noticeable. Not a bother for a solo traveller, but had my lady accompanied me, she would have found it a big nuisance. Just sayin'. I couldn't get the coffee machine to work - where's George Clooney when you need him!
