Pros: Very beautiful and nice hotel, with sweet garden and even sweeter personnel. Amazing view from the room, comfortable bed. Special thanks to a very sweet man that works there, he helped us to book a taxy to the airport.

Pros: Perfect location, really nice restaurant nearby and park's view point on the Cathedral. Lovely gardens and atmosphere in general.

Cons: The breakfast was very basic (no eggs etc), we arrived at 9:30 and there was only one piece of cheese left which was never replenished.

Pleasant stay, not too far from historic centre (10 min walk) - would recommend a stay here

Pros: Location was good, about a 10 minute walk from Cathedral in a quiet area. Beds were comfortable, shower adequate. Friendly staff at reception, very helpful for any queries. Breakfast was available if needed, plenty of restaurants close by and we found an amazing cafe a 5 minute walk away towards the Alameda Park. Reasonable value for money, considering the cost to stay in Santiago these days...

Pros: The room was good. Comfortable bed, good shower. There was a lovely little garden outside the room too. The breakfast was excellent. The best thing though were the two girls on reception, both were really friendly, helpful and efficient.

Pros: Quiet hotel within easy walking of centre of city. The hotel has a nice little garden with some 'banana' swing seats and a view of the cathedral.

Cons: Shower was a little bit tired.

Pros: Location was excellent and the view of the Catherdal from our room was amazing. Staff were very obliging and called a taxi for us. Good location to the old town where there was lots of restaurants. Supermarket just down the road. Highly recommend.
