Very friendly staff.

Pros: very welcoming,cosy and friendly staff.nice location. Nice architecture of the Building(old building with modern renovation). Excellent breakfast. The staff could talk with me in English language-something very important for a foreigner.

Cons: everything was fine except for the wall sound insulation.

Pros: Newly renovated property, very stilish, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, lovely view of the cathedral from our room.

Cons: the room was very warm. the hard wood floors are lovely but quite noisy. other than that, this is a great little hotel!

Pros: Staff were very helpful and attentive. We felt valued as guests. For example, we came during New Year's eve and all restaurants are closed. We bought pizza from a 24h mercado at a gas station and the staff was very nice to heat the food for us despite the emergency she was dealing with at the time. The room is quite special as well with the 2nd level, that was something I have not seen before. The City views during new year's eve was perfect.

Cons: I think the bathrooms did not have proper venting or air circulation, where scent stayed there for a couple of days., But overall the facilities were great.

Everything we needed! Beautiful and comfortable hotel!

Pros: Beautiful building with character and a garden oasis. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable beds, great view of the Cathedral, all very new, clean and well presented. The AC worked very well for the heating and shower was excellent. The walk to centre was a short 15 minutes through the park (be sure to visit the Eucalyptus tree for the beautiful smell and view) Another tip.. if you’re a light sleeper use earplugs as floors are wooden and you will be woken by the above rooms. The road outside is very quiet and enough away from busy areas. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The garden was very beautiful and i’m sure in the summer is a highlight of many peoples visit to Santiago.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we disliked really.
