Nice hotel with unexplored potential

Pros: Very Nice and quite neighborhood and grounds. Nice and well kept buildings.

Cons: The grounds and facilities were not utilized enough. No pool dispute a huge garden. The cafe was in the parking space rather than in the lovely garden. Very dissatisfactory.

Outstanding and exceeded expectations especially the staff who cleaned the bedrooms.

Pros: The breakfast exceeded expectations. We loved the range of tasty dishes available especially the hummus and crudites. The service was efficient and the room exceptionally clean. The scrambled eggs were delicious.

Cons: The boiled eggs could have been served hot or warm, not cold

Nice stay in Santiago de Compostela

Pros: The location is great, just outside the city centre. It has dedicated parking which always had an empty space for our car and thanks to the location it was really easy to access as a tourist. The staff was always welcoming and helpful with everything. The property had a small gym and a small pool. The gardens were also a nice touch.

Cons: The room itself smelled badly, like old and humid furniture. The bathroom had an opaque glass door which was horrible when travelling with a friend. The beds were very cheap for a 5 star hotel, just a bed base (somier) with legs that was sliding on the floor when using the headboard. The services were 5 star, but the room itself not so much.

I would highly recommend it and would happily go back if I stayed in Santiago again

Pros: Breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice. The location was perfect too, in a quiet neighbourhood but only 10 minutes walk to the cathedral and the historic centre. The staff always helpful and very nice.

Cons: Can’t think of anything!

Great hotel and position

Pros: Really a fantastic hotel, super nice and helpful staff. Great position.

Cons: The swimming pool is nice but very small and very cold.

Perfect location, high quality hotel but limited food options for vegetarians.

Pros: The atmosphere of the hotel. The layout and location of the hotel. The quality and choice of the hotel decor. The woman who served us in the hotel restaurant.

Cons: A severe lack of vegetarian food options in the hotel restaurant. One of us being a meat eater, one of us being vegetarian.

Extremely happy with my two stays there. Beyond expectations.

Pros: Good location. Clean. Nice food. Superb staff - they helped me a lot when I had lost something and when I needed a local doctor to prescribe ongoing medication. Above and beyond the usual. Impressed at every level.

Cons: A bit pricey but worth it.
