Excellent stay in a beautiful location and great hotel - would stay here again

Pros: Fabulous location on a beautiful bay. Walking distance to the seafront and beach. Our room was very large and had a fantastic terrace facing the sea. Very quiet area. Parking was easy with plenty of on site car spaces. There is also an up-market restaurant on-site which we didn’t use as it seemed expensive. Other restaurant choices are within walking distance.

Cons: All good. (A shame about the pool. We had expected to be able to use the indoor swimming pool (we had seen photos of this on another website) but this has been closed for over a year. However there is no mention of a pool on the Booking.com listing and therefore we had no cause for complaint).

Pros: Elevated. Great views from terrace. Peaceful. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Comfortable room.

Cons: No pool as closed. Bar and restaurant next door and expensive. Some distance from the town.

Great hotel!

Pros: An excellent,modern hotel in a wonderful position. Nice bedrooms and all the facilities you could want for a good value for money stay.This was our second visit and we would go again. Lots to see and do around Viviero.

Cons: The restaurant opened next door by the hotel owner. We found it lacking in atmosphere, the food was nothing to write home about, and it was over priced.

Pros: lovely hotel in a great location, beautiful beach 5 mins walk , very quiet and comfortable relaxing hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, overall excellent stay

Pros: Location and views are outstanding. Nice hospitality. Gave us towels for the beach nearby .

Cons: Bed linen substandard for a 4* hotel. Too bad.

Pros: Modern contemporary buildings with adjacent resturant. Great views overlooking bay weather ideal for our stay. The staff were very helpful and we had no complaints.

Overall we had a pleasant experience and comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful and kind, the bed very comfortable

Pros: Luxurious, very clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasig room. The hotel looks right at the bach nearby. We had a panoramic view of the coast.

Cons: We had a room where we could hear the other guests coming and going and the staff moving about.

Fabulous stay in an excellent Hotel

Pros: We chose Hotel Ego as it was outside the main centre and had good views of the coast and beach. It also has an excellent Restaurant next door. Our room was perfect. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Our Espanol es poco! But they endured our attempts and gladly assisted us in English!!! Wonderful place to stay, a pity we did not have more time.
