Seaview and comfort.
Pros: Room was very large, comfortable and had sea view. Hotel has a nice rooftop terrace, with food and drinks at a very reasonable price. All amenities exceeded my expectations.

Great views from hotel and good location if you have a car. Food in restaurant was great
Pros: The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed was very comfy. The view over the bay was lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was great, and the food was very tasty, and the fish was fresh, and the menu was varied. Nice hotel.
Cons: The gym and pool were down the street from the hotel, and the sauna and thermal bath had to be paid for as extras.

Luxury priced hotel
Pros: Spa hotel on large complex with pool, mini golf, tennis, and with stunning views from the rooftop bar terrace. Room was comfortable, and the included breakfast excellent (loved the smoked salmon). The included spa was okay if not thrilling.
Cons: Whoever decided a bathroom ought to be glass fronted needed their head examining. Not only does the light shine into the bedroom if someone puts it on at night but the glass door had no catch so it swung open every time, allowing steam into the room and no privacy. The room smelled slightly of cigarettes despite being no smoking. I expected more luxury for the price to be honest.

Nice room, poor breakfast.
Pros: Comfortable, spacious room and beds. Clear bathroom. Nice balcony with sea view. Solid wifi.
Cons: Poor breakfast offer, particularly tasteless coffee from containers, no coffee machine (!)

Festival experience
Pros: We went there for the Resurrection festival and weather was not that good this year, so we didn't use much the hotel facilities, but room was big, beds comfortable and bathroom big as well with good shower. Check-in was quick as everything was paid already by booking and staff was quick
Cons: Parking was not clear and we ended up leaving the car outside. The hotel was too far away from the festival, but nothing the hotel can do about :)

Pros: Hotel is very nice, room was clean and spacious. Spa facilities are very good. Staff was very friendly and young lady on the reception organized dinner, spa and massages in 15 minutes of our arrival. All in all great experience

Clean modern hotel
Pros: The hotel has a lovely setting at the top of the hill. The rooms are what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. When we arrived we asked for a sea view and as it was my birthday, the staff really went out of their way to accommodate our wishes. There is free car parking on the hotel site but it gets full up very quickly and it can be difficult to find a space if you get back late after spending the day out. There is a little mini golf area which is popular with kids. We had birthday drinks in the terrace bar and a very pleasant dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast is very good - the almond cake is much to be recommended. Sacido Beach is closed and therefore not accessible. The hotel makes it very clear when booking that the beach is not accessible. It is a short protected cliffside walk to the town beach however this is not a very clean beach. Much better to drive to other close by beaches for the day. Further north from the town, the beaches are good for surfing.
Cons: If the free parking is full, parking is available in a basement car park but there is a charge for this. As the hotel is at the top of the hill and not near any other car parks, the basement parking should really be free for residents. The swimming pool has seen better days - it is not covered and there are not enough deck chairs for everyone. It rained one afternoon and there was nowhere to take shelter from the rain. It is also quite a distance away from the main town which is across the causeway on the other side of the bay. A car is definitely needed.
