Fantastic location and spotlessly clean

Pros: The location is fantastic, right in the centre of everything. Bus stop and 24 hour taxi rank (great for the early flights) outside the door. The room was immaculate and quite large. Staff answered any query with a smile.

Cons: Breakfast was not the best, but not the worst either. The only hot choice was scrambled egg or little sausages and it was the same every morning. The bread (just 2 options and both were white) was always fresh. An extra socket or 2 in the room would be beneficial

A Great Choice in Santiago

Pros: I found 2 packets of 12 grapes in my room to celebrate NYE. Touches like this go a long way. Thank you. I also loved the heating. I was very comfortable. The bath was lovely too.

Great place to stay

Pros: Great price and very clean! Would recommend to anyone. Check in was easy and good staff.

Cons: Very small elevator, but that wasn't an issue for us, but could be for others.

Pros: Really well located hotel. The bus from the airport literally stops by the hotel door. It was super clean, bed was very comfortable and staff were the friendliest (we bumped into the receptionist outside of her working hours and she recommended us some local spots to visit). Totally recommend.
