Wonderful stay at this characterful accommodation

Pros: A truly wonderful stay on our last night before completing the Camino. Lovely accommodation, garden and pool. The shared meal in the evening was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Excellent

Pros: Rita was the best, she helped everyone with everything. Dinner was excellent and a great way to meet the others.

Cons: I was downstairs and everyone passed my room making a lot of noise. My bedside light didn’t work.

Loved the house & let down by the food

Pros: Lovely old world feel to the place , very quiet surroundings

Cons: We felt that the evening meal was very much overpriced. Choice very limited & service was poor.

Charming Estate.

Pros: Great dinner offered and worth the effort. Easy access to Camino trail to continue to Santiago.

Cons: Plastic tablecloths brought down the vibe at dinner.

Highly recommend this hotel. One of the best stays in my 17 day Portuguese Camino.

Pros: Wonderful place to stay on my last night of the Camino. Had drinks by the pool and a great swim to cool off. Great communal dinner & breakfast. Lovely cosy beautiful hotel. Will stay again next Camino. Also I had left some clothing behind when packing for my last days walk into Santiago. Contacted the hotel and the staff were very helpful not only with communication but also promptly organising for my items to be sent on. Outstanding customer service from great staff in a beautiful hotel.

Wonderful!

Pros: It was an amazing stay, the house is beautiful and the food delicious! We felt taken care of right from the start, till the very end. Wonderful hospitality, thank you! It’s also very close to Camino, was a nice treat on our last night before reaching Santiago de Compostela :)
