Pros: A quaint traditional place to stay with a homely feel. The outside space is a delight. Spending time with the other pilgrims at dinner was the highlight of the stay.

Cons: Not as clean as I would have liked & the cost of the stay & the meal was over priced compared to other places i have stayed in along the camino. If you want to make a meal yourself there after 18.30 forget it as the owner is using all the space.

Perfect spot.

Pros: This place was perfect for what I wanted - the location is outstanding and it is full of little things that are really great It was quiet and there is no entry after ten pm. Not a place for those who want to socialise late, perfect for those that don’t. Had an amazing night’s sleep.

Fabulous place fabulous host

Pros: Super host - warm, kind, welcoming and a camino veteran so he knows exactly what peregrinos need. I liked that the hostel was further into town so it was more rural. I relaxed in the hammock outside with a lovely view. Perfect. Plus was closer to the start the next morning.

Marcello the owner is fantastic and the place great

Pros: Nice bunkbeds with curtains and loved we had a towel!! But the best is the owner Marcello who cooked a really nice italien pilgrim dinner for us!

Cons: Perhaps 1 more toilet would be fine
