Nice stay in Melide

Pros: Very nice and spacious. Their terrace makes this place very special. I would book again. Relatively clean too, but I think that had a lot to do with the Alberge being half empty.

Value for money

Pros: Long day and the welcome was excellent. Best places to eat all on a map of town. I was concerned as it was a Sunday, not always easy for food. Bedding with duvet and everything smelt clean. Breakfast was ready early and unlimited coffee, toast, juice and fruits.

Cons: Frankly , nothing. No complaints at all.

Pros: We stayed in a private room. We saw the albergue while passing to the garden and seemed clean and cozy. Lots of young people were staying there.

A comfortable stay disturbed by a group arriving at 0115 hrs

Pros: The property is comprises a number of ‘capsules’, each bunk being a semi-enclosed space complete with lockable cupboard, light, power socket and curtain to provide privacy.

Cons: The main door is secured with an electronic key-pad. Therefore anyone with the combination can enter the property at any time. Despite formal ‘lights out’ at 2300, I was awakened at 0115 by a group arriving at the property, getting themselves settled, munching snacks and generally making noise well after lights out.
