Pros: It was right on the edge of the Camino Portuguese path -appearing just when I needed😜 it was clearly identified with the entrance through very friendly serving area. I slept in a 4 person,male room, bunk beds very comfortable and clean. 2x shared bathroom / toilet / shower facility. All clean. Downstairs eating in area ( they served lovely ‘peligrino’ food, with a lovely outside garden area to chill , chat and view. Excellent

Cons: Nothing perfect

The Hospitality was great I can’t speak Spanish & nothing was a bother

Excellent location, great food, friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Lovely supper. Loved the creaky steps (no sneaking in late). Sleeping quarters and washrooms are in need of some upgrading but a wonderful stay nonetheless. A great stop on the Camino before the final push to Santiago.

quirky and well located for Santiago

Pros: Great hostel location for a short walk next day into Santiago. quirky old building with interesting history.. good food and drink available all day and for Early breakfast. reasonable prices and quality.

Cons: not enough toilets for number of bunks

Pros: It’s right on the Camino, the surrounding is really beautiful and there is a nice garden behind the house. The house is really cool and rustic, I liked the vibe of it. The receptionist was really nice. It’s definitely not as bad as it was presented on the reviews.

Cons: There is only one bathroom per room (per 10 people), you can see the building is old so it makes it look not super clean, there is no supermarket or a restaurant nearby, but if you are prepared for that, it’s not a big deal. There is no kitchen to be used by visitors, but they are preparing food until 22h and breakfast starts at 6:30h.

Pros: Just what you'd think from an Albergue. Cheap, cheerful and friendly. Very friendly host and good food.

Pros: It's a very beautiful heritage building anda the staff were cheerful and welcoming. I loved the location quiet and felt like being in the country side. Only 500 metres away a dirt track through a wooded forest led to a quiet spot beside a stream. I loved it. A big plus was they served a healthy nourishing dinner I wanted to stay longer but had another booking to go to. Cheers Gypsy

Great stay with manageable facilities

Pros: I liked their bar and cozy garden, and the pork chops were absolutely amazing.

Cons: I’m not particularly fond of bunk beds, and there was only one bathroom for two rooms—about 16 people. Since we left at different times, it was manageable.
