Pros: the location is very good, at least the room that I used had a small sink (it was very useful)

Cons: not to be able to cook, but you are able to heat on the microwave. The building door have a problem, sometimes it is hard to make it work, it takes some time.

Pros: Great location, the hotel was very clean, the room was very spacious and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The owner is very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here.

Pros: The rooms and the bathrooms were extremely clean. Ideal location. Perfect for those on a budget.

Cons: The front door key is a bit difficult to use. It can be a bit annoying. You do get the hang of it eventually

Quiet, relaxing and clean!

Pros: Its a nice location, not too far from the cathedral. There are many shops and restaurants close by. The owner is very helpful and kind.

Cons: The room is a little small and that my room that is not facing the street has not the possibility to get fresh air from outside.

excellent central location

Pros: exceptional accommodation. we stayed in a private double room with private shower. the room was very spacious and comfortable bed. the shower is small but you have access to the shared bathroom/showers if you aren't able to shower comfortably - I'm 6ft and had no problems. All rooms were spotlessly clean and are cleaned every 2 days during your stay. despite being on a main shopping street, we had no issue with noise. Location wise you'd struggle to do better, everything 10 min walk Gagik is a very very welcoming host.

Great location for a good price. Very clean.

Pros: Good location. We had a sink and shower in the room with 2 shared bathrooms between 6 rooms. Very clean and well maintained.

Cons: So many rules and notices everywhere. While none of these were unreasonable, the extent to which they are posted everywhere can make you feel uncomfortable.

Positive impression

Pros: I was surprised as I had an imagination of hostels being poor quality. The place was opposite. Clean, quiet inside, good communication with a host. Bright white bedding and towels. Good standard of shared bathroom. Own sink in room.

Cons: Location brilliant but the cost is very loud night life on the street. Disturbing sleeping.

Pros: Personal was very nice and helpful. Gracias 🙏🏻 Location was very good. Nice, clean and peaceful.

Cons: What I didn't like? Well, when someone ate my breakfast what I had in the fridge . Was not a nice surprise at 4:30 a.m. while waiting for a taxi. I hope karma will find the thief.

I think the best place I have stayed is Ararat hostal Santiago for cleanliness and quiet.

Pros: Close to the Cathedral, shops and transport. A very helpful and friendly guy when I check in,his name is Gigik from Armenia 🇦🇲 I recommend this place clean and quiet and very helpful guy Gigik.

Cons: I can not find anything at all I do not like. It provides everything I can ask for. It is very pleasant and enjoyable environment and condition. I love my stay in ArArAt Hostel
