Excellent location and clean

Pros: Super close to cathedral and all amenities Self check in was unproblematic

Cons: This is a small hostel attached to a hotel.. Not allocated a specific room, just told to find the free bed.

Convenient and helpful.

Pros: I have stayed there before. It is very convenient for the centre of Santiago. It is close to the airport bus stop. The staff are very helpful. I had to drop off a bicycle and they had secure free storage.

Pros: I have stayed before. It is convenient for visiting the Cathedral and old city. It is ideal for the airport bus. There was secure storage for my rental bike. The staff were very helpful

Pros: Bedsheets were made ready when arriving. Towels and blankets provided. Pantry had cutleries. The receptionist was very warm and friendly. Individual lockers are provided and you can use your own padlock if you have one.

Cons: Unfortunately the female toilet was out of order, so there was a single toilet shared between two bunk rooms which was a bit inconvenient.

Value for money was good.

Pros: Location was good. Close to city and airport bus. It was clean and functional.

Cons: Wi-Fi in the room was pretty poor and it was a basement room which was a little stuffy.

Pros: This is a great Albergues close to the city centre but just outside the main areas so quiet at night. Clean throughout with nice wash shower facilities.
